Arcata is a member of the Teledyne Brown Engineering Team awarded the NASA Marshall Operations, Systems, Services, and Integration II (MOSSI II) contract on September 6, 2022. The contract provides management, personnel, supplies, and equipment to support mission operations and ground systems development services to support the International Space Station (ISS).

MOSSI II consolidates TBE’s incumbent Mission Operations and Integration (MO&I) contract with the Huntsville Operations Support Contract (HOSC). As a subcontractor teammate, Arcata will provide Data Management Coordinator (DMC), Payload Express Rack Officer (PRO), Ground Systems Integration (GSI), Database, Systems Engineering (SE), and Ground Controller (GC) services.

Arcata personnel will begin supporting the new program from Marshall Space Flight Center, Johnson Space Center, Kennedy Space Center, and Colorado Springs on January 1, 2023. Arcata President and CEO, Tim Wong, stated, “We are delighted that NASA selected the TBE Team for MOSSI II. We appreciate the strong relationship we have had with TBE for over a decade.” MOSSI II is a cost-plus-award fee contract valued at $596.5 million over an 8-year period.
