Chris Higgins

Human Resources Manager

Chris Higgins is Arcata’s Human Resources Manager  responsible for strategic staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, and labor relations across the company.  She brings over 20 years of human resources and operations experience to Arcata, and strives to provide the best customer service to all current and future employees.

Chris has a BS in Hotel Administration and an MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.  Chris is a graduate of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce – Leadership Las Vegas Program.

Chris loves to hang out with family & friends, hiking, biking, traveling, going to blues concerts, and wine tasting.
