Michael Edmonds

Human Resources Manager

Michael Edmonds is the Human Resources Manager, leading recruiting, onboarding, employee and labor relations, benefits, training, and overall HR operations. With more than 24 years of Human Resources experience and over 10 years in senior HR leadership roles, Michael has extensive expertise in talent acquisition, labor relations, employee engagement, and workforce strategy.

A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Management and Human Resources Management, Michael has built a career supporting public and private-sector organizations. Before joining Arcata, he developed and implemented strategic talent acquisition and retention programs for large and small casinos and hospitality properties, as well as for a homeowners association.

Outside the office, Michael enjoys spending time with family, following NFL football as an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, watching Star Wars and Star Trek, and perfecting his barbecue skills.
