Human Resources Manager

Paolo De La Paz is Arcata’s Human Resources Manager, overseeing the company’s overall staffing, employee and labor relations, benefits, and training strategy. With over 10 years of human resources management experience, Paolo is committed to delivering exceptional service to all current and future employees. 

Paolo holds a B.S. in History from Excelsior University and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute, and as a Workplace Violence and Prevention Specialist by the McAfee Institute. Paolo continues to serve in the Army Reserve, with over a decade of service. 

In his personal time, Paolo enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is passionate about cherishing moments with his loved ones, working out, and watching combat sports.
