Tim Wong is President and CEO of award-winning Arcata Associates for 28 years and counting. He considers vision, strategy, and implementation as keystones of his work – and it shows. Tim’s inspiration? Family. And that’s why Arcata Associates continues to be a family-oriented organization to this day.
Under his leadership, the company has won awards from NASA, Lockheed Martin, and Teledyne Brown Engineering for its technical innovations, cost-savings, and dedication and commitment to exceed customer expectations.
Among Tim’s proudest accomplishments is being a founding member of the FBI Las Vegas Citizens Academy Alumni Association and receiving the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award from Robert Mueller for Outstanding Contributions to Our Nation’s Communities Through Unselfish Dedication and Leadership. Tim currently serves in a leadership position with the City of Las Vegas – Clark County Library District; Asian Community Development Council; and the Cox Communications Advisory Board.
Outside of work and civic engagement, you will find Tim and his wife, Shari, exploring the world with their two children.
